Scotland's first community-owned family-sized homes built to Passivhaus Standard for affordable rent.
We're developing community growing facilities in a former walled garden, once used a s a church orchard. With funding support, we're adding a polytunnel, outdoor classrom, accessible paths, and more.
The Nith Valley Leaf Trust is working to acquire the school playing field in Closeburn to improve its management for community use, including sports, school activities and events. Planned improvements include installing a shelter, enhancing safety at the entrance, and addressing tree, grass, and rabbit damage.
